At Dropship Automation, we work to keep shipping for industrial and marine automation parts predictable and well communicated. Please read the following information about how we handle dispatch and delivery.

1. Shipping Options

Dropship Automation ships industrial and marine automation parts through a network of freight and courier partners selected by product type, weight and destination. The available methods, transit times and charges for your order are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation, based on what you're ordering and where it's going.

For palletized or oversized equipment, freight shipping is typically used; smaller components and spares generally move by standard or express courier. We'll flag any method restrictions specific to your item before your order is confirmed.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. In-stock items are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days; made-to-order or bulk items may take longer, and we'll let you know the expected timeline at the time of order.

Processing and delivery times can vary based on your location, the carrier used, and current stock levels at our fulfilment partners. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email on file.

3. Express Delivery

Where available, we offer express and priority shipping for time-sensitive orders, subject to the product, carrier capacity and destination. Express options and their added cost are shown at checkout when applicable.

If you need equipment urgently and don't see an express option online, contact our team before ordering—we can often arrange expedited handling on a case-by-case basis.

4. Customer-Arranged Shipping

If you'd prefer to use your own freight forwarder or shipping account, let us know when placing your order. We'll coordinate pickup and provide the documentation your carrier needs.

Once a shipment has been handed over to a carrier you've arranged, Dropship Automation is not responsible for loss, delay or damage in transit. Any claims should be filed directly with your chosen carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering, particularly for regulated electrical or marine equipment, to avoid delays at customs.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

We aim to meet the delivery estimates provided with your order, but shipping can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control.

If your shipment is significantly overdue or tracking shows no movement, contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Products Temporarily Out of Stock

If an item you've ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know an updated timeline as soon as we have one. Orders are generally held and shipped once stock is replenished, unless you'd prefer a substitution or refund.

For time-critical requirements, contact us before ordering so we can confirm current availability.

8. Product Unavailability

Occasionally a product becomes discontinued or unavailable after an order is placed. When this happens, we'll notify you promptly and, where possible, suggest a compatible alternative.

If no suitable alternative is available and payment has already been made, a refund will be issued in line with our returns and refund policy.

9. Payment Issues

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. If a payment fails, is incomplete, or requires additional verification, we may place the order on hold until it's resolved.

Any delay in payment confirmation will correspondingly shift the expected processing and delivery timeline, and we'll keep you updated if that happens.
